Need to prepare

Prepare | White Natural Refined Beeswax 20g, Ecosoya Soy Wax CB-Advanced (Container) 130g, Pigment Chip (Red), Fragrance Oil (Red Roses) 15g, 7oz Transparent Tumbler (200ml), 7oz Gold Metal Lead, 7oz Black 2-port hard case packaging box, white cotton wick No. 4, gold motif transfer paper, electronic scale, glass rod, hot plate, thermometer, wick tab sticker, wick clip, two 200ml stainless beakers, sprayer (black minigun spray 250ml), wood pick

Fixing the Wick

Before melting the wax, wipe the inside of the container with a paper towel, and use the wick tab sticker to fix the wick to the bottom of the container.

Weigh and Melt Wax

Weigh 130g of wax and melt it.
(Approximately 130g of Ecosoya Soy Wax CB is required for a 7oz container candle.
To make four candles, weigh about 520g of Ecosoya CB.)

Blending Fragrance Oil

When the wax is completely melted, add 13g of the fragrance oil at about 70℃ and mix.
(To make four candles, mix about 52g.)

Pouring Wax

After slightly warming the inside of the candle container with a heat tool, pour the wax mixed with wax and fragrance oil at about 65℃.

** It is recommended to pour after fixing the wick in advance with a wick clip to keep the wick in the center.

Melting Wax

Put 20g of white natural refined beeswax weighed in a stainless beaker and melt it until it reaches 90℃.
(It takes about 20g of white natural refined beeswax to make one carnation. To make four carnations, melt 80g.)

Weighing Pigment Chips

When the white natural refined beeswax reaches 90℃, use Pigment Chip Red to color carnations.
You can make a light red color by adding a small number of chips and a deep red carnation by adding a large amount. Consider the desired concentration, measure a small or large amount of pigment chips, and put them in.

Blending Fragrance Oil

When the toned beeswax reaches 85~90℃, mix 2g of fragrance oil.
(The maximum floating rate is 10%. Mix 2g for one carnation, 8g for four carnations.)

Pouring into Mold

Use a heat tool to increase the temperature inside the silicone mold. When the temperature of beeswax mixed with fragrance oil is about 80~85℃, pour it into the mold.

Making a Wick Hole

When the surface of the carnation mold has hardened to a certain extent, use the back of the wood pick for color to make a wick hole.
Before the wax is completely hardened, turn it slightly left and right to prevent the wood pick and the wax from setting together, and widen the hole so that the wick can fit in well.

**Please make a hole according to the size of the wick No.4.

Demolding

Remove the utterly hardened carnation candle from the mold.

Assembling Wax Carnation

Using a heat tool, gently melt the surface evenly and put the pre-made carnation candle into the wick, and assemble it so that it is centered.

Labeling

After cutting the transfer paper on the part to be used, remove the transparent film and attach it to the surface of the container candle so that the backside of the transfer paper is visible at the location where you want to attach it. Moisten the backside of the transfer paper with a sprayer. After about 1 minute after spraying with water, gently slide the paper up or down to lift it.
