Make an Allergen-Free Eau de Cologne Perfume

Here's how to create an "Allergen-Free Eau de cologne" that can be used by people who are offended by the strong scent of perfume or its potential to cause allergies.

Use Eau de cologne fragrances with low oil content for a subtle scent that's less off-putting,
and use Allergen-Free Fragrance oils to keep your perfume safe for children and sensitive skin types.

Here's a DIY perfume recipe that makes it easy for beginners to use a Mini Steering Electronic Scale and not worry about measuring.

Need to Prepare

Material | Perfume Base (Also for Room Spray), Ines 50 Perfume Bottles, Miraceti Frankincense (Allergen-Free),
Mini Steering Electronic Scale 0.01g/500g, Mini Funnel, Glass Rod, 50 Perfume Box, CW Spray Tool,
Kraft French Parfum Label (Small), Glass Beaker 50ml, Avec Forest Green Printed Satin Ribbon (16mm/1 Roll)

Sanitizing

Before making the perfume, lightly clean the glass beaker and the bottles you'll be using with rubbing ethanol or perfume base to remove any fine debris.

Weighing Perfume Bases

The perfume base should weigh about 35 grams, filling a 50 ml container to the shoulder line.

* Perfume bases and fragrance oils have different specific gravities of water (relative to the density of the substance they are based on), which can cause differences in ml units when converted to g, the unit of weight.

Weighing an Allergen-Free Fragrance Oil

Eau de cologne fragrances have an aromatization rate, or the percentage of fragrance oils mixed into the perfume, typically around 2% to 5%.
Measure out 2 grams of Miracetti Frankincense Allergen-Free Fragrance Oil in a 50 ml container at 4% fragrance.

* Depending on the fragrance's characteristics such as fragrance power and viscosity, the mixing ratio may vary,
so it is recommended to refer to the IFRA document to confirm the fragrance ratio before mass production.

Blending

Using a glass wand, stir well to combine the flavors for about a minute. You may notice a strong alcoholic flavor in a freshly finished perfume. For a smooth, aged, and stable scent, we recommend that you let it age in an airtight container for about two weeks before using it. During this time, stirring once a day will allow the fragrance to round out and give you a smoother, more balanced scent.

* Perfume bases contain light blockers and a number of other auxiliary ingredients, and depending on the degree of reaction with the fragrance, some precipitates may form over time. Deviations may occur depending on the fragrance, and while they are not debris, we recommend filtering once a week after mixing and bottling the fragrance to minimize these deviations and achieve cleaner results.

Add to a Perfume Bottle

Use a mini funnel to steady the perfume and keep it from spilling.

Aligning Spray Length

Cut the spray nozzle to the length of the bottle. Using the shoulder line of the perfume bottle as a guide,
make a diagonal cut slightly longer than the bottom to ensure that the perfume stays on all the way.

Securing the Spray

Utilize the CW Spray Tool to securely anchor the spray.
By aligning the spray border line exactly and applying pressure from above, you can easily secure it.

Finish

Package your finished product using the dedicated INES 50 packaging box, and finish it off with labels, ribbons, and more.
