How to Use the Note Hand Cream Aluminum Tube and Hand Cream Tube Crimper

This guide introduces the process of filling the dedicated Note Hand Cream Aluminum Tube and finishing it with a hand cream tube crimper for a clean, professional result.

Preparation

MaterialsㅣNote Hand Cream Aluminum Tube, Hand Cream Tube Crimper, Precision Pocket Scale for Classes (0.01 g / 500 g), Bitter Lemon Fragrance Oil, 50 ml Glass Beaker, Glass Stirring Rod

Measuring the Hand Cream Base and Fragrance Oil

Place a 50 ml glass beaker on a precision blending scale (0.01 g / 500 g) and tare it to zero.
For one Note Hand Cream aluminum tube (approximately 35 g total),
measure 34.3 g of Chroma Cream Base and 0.7 g of fragrance oil to achieve a 2% fragrance concentration.

* Recommended hand cream base per unit: approximately 35–40 g

Mixing the Fragrance Oil

Use a glass stirring rod to blend the fragrance oil and hand cream base thoroughly.

Filling the Aluminum Tube After Blending the Fragrance Oil

Use a small wooden spatula for plaster to transfer the blended base with fragrance oil into the Note Hand Cream aluminum tube.

Sealing the Hand Cream Tube – Example Using the Tube Crimper

Fold the bottom of the tube flat along the guide line, then use the tube crimper to securely seal it.
1. Fill the tube with 35–40 g of Chroma Hand Cream Base, then lightly press the bottom of the tube along the side guide lines.
2. Position the end of the tube so that it sits firmly against the narrow flat surface of the crimper’s L-shaped slot.
3. Press the crimper handle lightly to gently press the bottom of the tube.
4. Lift the tube upward like a lever to secure the first fold.
5. Fold the partially sealed bottom of the tube once by hand to tidy the fold.
6. Press the crimper firmly to secure the tube and complete the sealing.

Sealing the Hand Cream Tube – Finishing by Hand

First, fold the bottom of the tube flat. Then, make a thin fold to avoid bending the inner plastic tube.
Since the edges of the first fold may be sharp, carefully fold both sides inward a second time to complete the seal.

Completion

Chroma Cream for Hand & Body (hand cream base) can be used on its own as an unscented cream, or customized by adding fragrance oils to create a perfumed hand and body cream with your preferred scent.
