About Wholesale Membership
Those who meet the above conditions can apply for wholesale membership after making a purchase of 300,000 KRW or more in a single transaction (not cumulative), or after purchasing 1,000,000 KRW or more on the first purchase according to the wholesale estimate.
The wholesale membership system is for finished product sellers and craft instructors.
It does not allow membership for those intending to resell CW materials.

Wholesale Membership Verification Process
If you wish to purchase at wholesale prices from your first order due to large purchase volume, place an order of 1,000,000 KRW or more at the regular price, and call 1800-8914 (option 3) before completing the payment.
We will adjust the price to the wholesale rate. After the first transaction is completed, your membership will be upgraded to wholesale. (Please upload a copy of your business registration certificate or qualification certificate on the wholesale application board.)

Wholesale Member Benefits
We offer exclusive pricing benefits for wholesale members. The minimum purchase quantity may vary by product,
and wholesale prices do not apply to course items and certain products.

Wholesale Member Shipping, Return, and Exchange Guide
Wholesale members enjoy free shipping on orders over 200,000 KRW. For orders under 200,000 KRW, a shipping fee of 3,000 KRW per box will be automatically calculated. Shipping costs may vary depending on the box size and weight.For damaged products, incorrect deliveries, or returns due to chancge of mind, please contact us at tel. 1800-8914 (Option 1) within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot process returns after 7 days. In the case of returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (round-trip delivery fee if free shipping was applied).

Wholesale Membership Verification Process
In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding that wholesale membership may be suspended. If your membership is changed from wholesale to general, you will need to go through the above process from the beginning to reapply for wholesale membership.
