The characteristics of CW Citronella Natural Essential Oil
At CW, the citronella essential oil we handle is produced by steam distilling fresh or partially dried stems and leaves of Cymbopogon winterianus, known as Java citronella. Citronella Oil Java is considered superior to Citronella Oil Sri Lanka and is mainly grown in Southeast Asia, India, and Central and South America. It is a light yellow to amber liquid and is sweeter compared to Sri Lanka citronella oil. Due to its high citronellal content, it emits a rose-like scent along with a strong citrus aroma.
