Gurjun Balsam
Sweet, Woody, Balsamic, Copaiba
Gurjun Balsam is a traditional natural balsamic ingredient that, although not well-known domestically, has been cherished for a long time.
It features a very soft woody-balsamic note that serves as a blender, smoothing out the combination of other harsh fragrances.
The characteristics of CW Gurjun Balsam Essential Oil
The Gurjun tree primarily grows in the humid forests of Southeast Asia. Like other balsamic natural ingredients, the resin collected from the trunk and stems of the tree is steam distilled to obtain natural essential oil. At CW, the resin is transported to France for extraction to produce the natural essential oil.
