Guaiacwood is a very unique and mysterious woody essential oil.
The initial impression of the oil is a strong burnt wood and woody scent,
which later evolves into a very soft blend of cream, milk, a hint of floral, and sandalwood scents.
It is highly recommended for use as a fixative in natural perfumes.

Guaiacwood is a plant protected under the international endangered species regulations (CITES).

The characteristics of CW Guaiacwood Natural Essential Oil

Guaiacwood, or Holy Wood (Bulnesia Sarmientoi), is one of the hardest and most resilient woods in the world, native to South America. The essential oil is produced by distilling the wood and sawdust. Guaiacwood essential oil is semi-solid at room temperature and needs to be warmed for convenient use. It has a scent similar to sandalwood and is an excellent natural ingredient for candles, soaps, and natural perfume fixatives.

- It can induce headaches or eye irritation, depending on the individual.
- After handling, ensure proper ventilation in your workspace.
- Avoid inhalation of the undiluted product and direct skin contact, always keeping the container tightly closed during storage.
- Store out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not use at concentrations higher than recommended for dilution.
