Point 1. Design
Square tray silicone mold with 25cm in width, 25cm in height, 2cm in thickness, and 0.5cm in outer rim can put various decorations. (The weight of the finished gypsum tray is about 1,460g) Gypsum can express vivid colors by using pigment powder.It is recommended to use a mixture of ornament gypsum powder and CW plaster liquid in a 2.5:1 ratio.
Tip. Production Ratio (about 1,460g when making one piece)
Plaster Powder 1042.9g : Plaster Liquid 417g
* If you use CW Plaster Liquid, you can express more vivid colors and reinforce the strength of the tray.
Point 2. Product Components
The square tray silicone mold consists of 1 cavity.Since the silicone is moderately hard, the shape is not distorted, and the mold can easily demold by the handle.
When demolding, please extend the handle to both sides then you can easy to demold it.
