A solubilizer that helps the fragrance oil blend into the Fabric Mist base.
If you put the fragrance oil directly into the perfume base made of water-soluble substances, it will not be mixed. It will become cloudy or separate the oil and perfume base, so you need the help of this liquid solubilizer.
