| Cautions | - A permanent plastic mold that can be reused multiple times. -We do not recommend using a hot air gun to clean and de-wax the mold as it may cause the mold to deform. - As a mini size mold, be sure to use a release agent to demold the wax from the mold. - When unmolding the candle, gently twist the outside of the mold to create a space between the mold and the wax, allowing the candle to slide out easily.(Be careful not to use too much force or you may break the mold). Alternatively, you can place the mold in the freezer for 3-5 minutes, then remove it and pull out the wick for easy demolding. - This mold is a product designed and molded by CW. How to Use a PC Mold
make 1. Insert Wick & close the opening
cover the wick hole with a Jacquemold dabuchi
to prevent the hot wax from leaking out.
make 2. Spray Mold Release Sprayer
Fix the wick and spray a mold release sprayer
inside the mold. The release spray forms a thin,
oily coating to help the candles separate smoothly from the mold.
make 3. Melting Wax
Melt the wax according to the mold capacity.
make 4. Coloring
Use Oil Soluble Liquid Dyes, Color Blocks, or Pigment Chips to create the desired color to suit your application.
make 5. Mixing Fragrance Oil
The temperature varies depending on the type of wax, but add fragrance oil around 80 ~85 degrees and stir well for about 1 minute.
make 6. Pouring Wax
Based on pillar wax, pour the wax into the mold at about 75~85 degree Celsius.
make 7. Fixing the Wick
Using a wick clip, gently pull the wick and fix it in the center of the mold.
make 8. Pouring for the Second Time
When the surface of the wax is hardened a bit, prick around the wick and pour wax into empty space.
make 9. Removing the Mold Sealer
Remove the mold sealer before taking out the candle once the wax is completely hardened.
make 10. Taking out the Candle
After confirming that the mold has cooled down completely, gently press the parts of the mold that wax is shrunk less. It will help to take out the candle a little better. Take out the candle and organize the wick.
