Exchange and Refund Information	Fragrance oils, natural ingredients, and perfumery materials may be perceived differently depending on the individual and may not suit personal preferences. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, even if the product has not been used. To maintain the purity and integrity of the oils, returned items cannot be resold to other customers. These bases are formulated specifically for use with CW products (e.g., perfume bases, diffuser bases). When used with products from other brands, unexpected incompatibility may occur. Any issues arising from such use are not eligible for return or exchange. Before purchasing in bulk, we recommend testing with a 20ml sample. Please review this information carefully before making your purchase. Cosmetic regulations vary by country, and certain ingredients may be restricted depending on local regulations. As fragrance materials are raw ingredients, compliance with export and distribution standards must be reviewed according to the destination country at the time of manufacturing. We strongly recommend verifying regulations of the destination country through relevant documentation prior to use.

When using the sample for safety confirmation of living chemical products (formerly, KC certification), the detection criteria may vary depending on the storage period and environment.

Therefore, it is recommended to use the product within 6 months for optimal use.

WHAT IS BASE

What is the base defined by CW?
On CW's fragrance oil description page, each fragrance has a list of all of the aromas used to create that specific fragrance.
For example) Wedding Day - Bergamot, Muguet lily, jasmine, velvet rose, violet petals, soft woods, musk.
Each ingredient (such as Jasmine or Musk) is called "BASE" here at CW,
as it is one of the base ingredients which has its unique aroma to be blended and formulated into one fragrance altogether.
Blend 3~10 various types of bases to create your own fragrance or to add a specific characteristic to a pre-existing fragrance.
Each base is blended with synthetic raw materials and partial natural oils.
For direct application in cosmetic, candle, and perfume products, a minimum level of solvent (for melting powdered raw materials) was used.
STANDARD OF FORMULA

The standard formulas of Bases which CW sets are
1. "To be viably useful as a base ingredient" 2. "To propose a standard aroma"

For example, our main goal was to introduce the standard "Musk" as an ingredient (conventionally thought by professional perfumers), rather than a "Musk" as a twist of musk fragrance by a brand type.

We hope these bases become readily accessible and familiar to those beginning as a perfumer, and to professional perfumers who run workshops. To those who are just beginning to create candle, diffusers, and DIYs, we recommend 'fragrance oil'.
