Cardamom

Cardamom essential oil has an aromatic, penetrating camphoraceous scent (similar to rosemary and camphor)
and is a long-lasting spice oil. It also has a sharp aroma and strong aromatic flavor.
It combines the freshness of citrus with the warmth of spice in a unique top note.
It blends well with most other scents and is more commonly used in perfumery rather than alone.
It was chosen as a main theme in Jo Malone's Mimosa & Cardamom (Jo Malone, 2015).
Characteristics of CW Cardamom Natural Essential Oil
Cardamom oil is obtained by steam distillation of the seeds of Elettaria cardamomum, which thrives in tropical regions. It is grown both cultivated and wild, primarily in the mountainous regions of southern India (around 20 tons annually) and Guatemala (around 10 tons annually). Cardamom is a very old spice used since ancient times to add flavor to dishes and to purify the air. Nowadays, it is used sparingly in food seasoning, alcoholic beverages, and mainly in perfumery.
