The spray pump has an overall length of approximately 170 mm, with a straw length of approximately 135 mm.This length is designed to balance visual appeal and practical usability, making it suitable for enhancing both the overall finish of the perfume bottle and the user experience. Please note that slight variations in measurements may occur depending on the manufacturing process and measurement method.

Sprays sold by CW are categorized according to perfume bottle type, spray pattern, and overcap compatibility.You can select the most suitable spray type based on your intended use, working environment, and personal preference.
* Assembly Methods by Spray Type
1) Crimp Type
Assembled using a capping machine or CW’s dedicated spray tool.
This method ensures a secure fit and a clean, professional finish.
2) Screw Type
Can be assembled by hand without additional equipment, making it suitable for small-batch production or quick, convenient use.
3) Mist Type (Crimp)
Designed to deliver a soft, fine mist spray. Assembly requires a capping machine or CW’s dedicated spray tool
4) Magnetic Overcap–Compatible Spray (Crimp)
Due to the magnetic structure, assembly with a capping machine is required.
For stable attachment and a high-quality package finish, we recommend considering your equipment setup in advance.

Point 4. Spray Output Classification
Standard CW Low-Head Spray Pumps (Gold, Silver, Black, Dark Nickel) deliver a short, focused spray suitable for application on skin or small areas. Room Spray–specific Pumps are designed with a longer spray duration and a higher output volume, allowing the mist to disperse evenly across a wider space.
Point 5. Spray Straw Trimming
The spray straw is supplied uncut and should be trimmed to fit the perfume bottle being used.After assembling the spray to the bottle neck, trim the straw at a diagonal angle so that it extends approximately 1 cm beyond the bottom of the bottle. This allows the contents to be dispensed efficiently down to the last drop.
